There are costs associated with setting up an incorporated body such as – Incorporation fees, purchasing an Internet domain name, stationery, printer cartridges and much much more.

That is what your membership goes toward.  However there is so much more your membership provides that is not costed.  For example:

The time the committee puts in to attend meetings and to research issues is not costed – no committee members are paid.

The design, maintenance, hosting and updating of the website is provided free by the committee.

The cost of telephone calls made by all committee members to local, STD and mobile numbers is not costed.

Vehicle costs associated with undertaking VRRA Inc. business is not reimbursed, nor is traveling time taken to conduct aforementioned business.
